SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Messaging Program

Shine Design Mobile Detailing offers separate non-marketing and marketing SMS programs. Non-marketing messages may include quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and replies to customer inquiries. Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, and promotional service updates.

2. Consent

Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not by itself provide SMS consent. You may separately opt in through optional, unchecked choices for non-marketing messages and marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit a form or purchase services without selecting either SMS option.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in by selecting the applicable SMS checkbox on a Shine Design website quote or booking form, or by directly initiating a text conversation with Shine Design. We retain the consent selection, disclosure version, submission page, and timestamp when technically available.

4. Message Types

Depending on the program you selected, messages may include:

• Quote responses and inquiry follow-up
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service completion notifications
• Promotional offers and discounts
• Important service updates
• Responses to your inquiries

5. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and selected messaging program. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data terms apply.

6. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any Shine Design message to opt out. We will send one confirmation that your opt-out was processed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Help and Sender Identification

Messages identify Shine Design Mobile Detailing as the sender. Reply HELP for assistance, call (480) 528-8227, or email info [at] shinedesignauto.com.

8. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may depend on your device, carrier, and service plan.

9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
